Thank you for shopping with SVAROCHI! We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.
1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Business Days: We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will begin processing on the following Monday.
2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
We ship to virtually all PIN codes across India. The following rates and delivery timelines apply:

Note on Delivery Time: The timeline provided is an estimate. Delivery to metro cities is generally faster (3-5 days), while delivery to remote or regional areas may take longer (up to 10 days).
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
Due to the high logistics cost associated with return-to-origin (RTO) for refused packages, we have the following policy for COD orders:

COD Fee: A nominal COD fee of ₹[50-100] is applied at checkout. This fee is non-refundable.

COD Limits: COD facility is available only for orders with a total value up to ₹[3,000 or 5,000]. For orders above this value, only prepaid options are accepted.

COD Confirmation: We may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to confirm your COD order before dispatch. If confirmation is not received within 24 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Order Refusal: If a customer refuses a confirmed COD order at the time of delivery, they will be permanently blacklisted from using the COD option for future purchases on our website.
Important: You are NOT allowed to open the package before making the payment to the delivery agent.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email and/or SMS from SVAROCHI with your Tracking Number and a link to track your order.

Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier partner's system.

5. Damages and Lost Packages

Damaged Items: If you receive your clothing item in a damaged condition (e.g., torn, stained), please do not accept the delivery if the outer packaging is visibly tampered with. If you accept it, please take clear photos of the damage and the outer packaging and email us immediately at info@svarochi.in within 24 hours of receipt.

Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please notify us within 48 hours of the listed delivery date. We will open an investigation with the courier partner and work quickly to trace the package or arrange a replacement.
6. International Shipping (Optional, Delete if not applicable)

We do not currently offer international shipping, but you can place an order from anywhere in the world as long as the shipping address is within India.
